The field of proteomics has become as another wide platform for improving the knowledge of biology of human, animal and plant. Proteomic can be used for various aspects of clinical and health sciences such as biomarker discovery, food technology and drug target identification. The area of proteomics is vital due to most diseases are unveiled by at the protein level. Therefore, proteomics seeks to correlate directly change in the protein expression and the involvement of specific protein in normal and abnormal state in animal and plant. Such important biological information will provide new drug target that can be used as prognostic and predictive purpose in diseases condition, it also help for the development and commercialization drug.
